Shipping & Payment Policy

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Shipping times are shown below. But there is a small chance the shipment could be delayed for reasons beyond our power to control (such as weather, traffic, catastrophes, etc.). So please keep that in mind.

Shipping Couriers

We use Croatian Post (Premium Packet) for our free shipping option and DPD (International Express) as our paid shipping option. They are both great options with the paid one being faster and having a streamlined import process, if there is a need for it. You get a tracking number with both options. If you would rather use another shipping agent let us know and we will see what we can do. Additional charges may incur while doing so.

Shipping times are highly dependent on destination. We are working on providing you with exact times for all countries.

*Croatia Post provided these numbers, but from experience it can sometimes take a few days longer.

Manufacturing Time

If ordering an Engineered Dactyl it will be ready to ship no later than 14 days (including weekends), and usually sooner, after the order has been placed. That is the time required to print and assemble the keyboard.

For Instant Dactyls, they are ready to go and will be shipped within 24 hours.

Import Taxes

All the packages come with a invoice and customs know the value and contents of the package. If you are ordering outside of the EU you will have to take care of the import taxes. Each country will have its own procedures to comply with and sort out the import tax.
